Freesale Executive for Spain & Portugal

The candidate will be in charge of availability for the Spain and Portuguese, ensuring we have sufficient rooms for our clients with our partner hotels. This is done predominantly by telephone, but also via email and personal visits to the hoteliers themselves.

The role requires that any new hotels are instructed on using our Freesale system to the benefit of both Travco and the hotel, and explaining the new rate adjustment area which allows the hotelier to load promotions directly via our site. It requires that existing relationships with the hotels are maintained and strengthened by frequent contact and business analysis. The candidate may be required to assist other markets / areas according to daily business demands, but will mainly be focused on their designated destinations.

The role is not reservations/based, but the candidate will be liaising closely with the Reservations and Contracting teams to ensure that any problems which arise from use of the extranet system are properly handled.
