Hotel Relationship Internship in Palma de Mallorca

Main functions: • Hotel Support on the use of Extranet • Support content management of the hotels within the destination. • Check room types and content for existing hotels on the site and make improvements as necessary • Support the new hotel status queue from application to go-live, ensuring all hotel details are completed from application, action courtesy calls to new hotels. • Provide new hotels with detailed training on the business model and the Extranet to enhance user knowledge and maximize potential of sales conversion • Generate reports and provide feedback to the business, and other interested parties, on the status of the product portfolio in key destinations • Monitor and report on KPI’s for region • Maximize each transaction within region by educating hotels on promotional tools • To action pricing reports in order to achieve and maintain best price with competitors in region
