Cronos Group, a Consumer Technology and Communication Service Company opening their European HQ in Barcelona, Spain to serve all the international market, is looking for interns to collaborate in our Network Operations and Support Center NOC Department. Responsibilities during internship • Quality of Service Monitoring, analysis, reporting and suggestive corrections. • Issuance, filling, tracking, and follow-up on Quality of Service Trouble Tickets • Cost and Quality analysis and trend for the development of rate standards. • Carrier Relations Support.

Requisitos:
Qualifications - Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. - Strong skills working with excel and other database programs. - Good level of English - Strong self-management and starter skills, - Ability to organize and manage multiple project priorities. - Knowledge of computer/telecommunications technology and networking.
