We are currently looking for a high customer focused person who becomes the first point of contact with our customers and the visible face of Home Select, managing that these incidents be solved in the most efficient way so that the customer is as satisfied as possible.
The service team are a group of customer-focused individuals able to make quick decisions. One minute they’ll be organising arrivals and promoting our additional services, handling queries and solving problems to make sure every guest has a brilliant experience.

Requisitos:
That’s why we need a special individual:
-Who has attention to detail and the ability to build rapport quickly.
-Who is empathetic and reassuring at all times,
-Who is sociable and polite,
-Who is able to understand the needs and motivations of our customers,
-Who is confident on the phone with great communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with our clients, both in English and Spanish,
-Who is able to make decisions quickly and understand the impact your actions will have on the rest of the business.
-And who is comfortable working under pressure and adaptable to last-minute changes of plan.
Important stuff.
- We’re a 24/7 business, and weekend work is required. The service desk will operate daily from 8:00- 20:00h.
