Implementation Consultant (Trainee)

Job description:
- Implementation of Vortal platform in our clients, mainly in the Public Sector (municipalities, large Cities, Regional Governments, National Central Procurement Bodies)
- Participation in projects of Change Management in the procurement departments of Vortal clients;
- Management of client accounts and services renewals;
- Identification of opportunities according to the existing portfolio of services;
- Technical and commercial support to the platform users;
- Management of the usage profiles;
- Execution of promotional campaigns near Vortal clients.
