We are looking for a fun-loving person to join our team in Granada, Spain. We need someone full of energy to interact with people from all over the world in one of the most awarded hostel in Spain. The ideal candidate must have previous international backpacking experience, preferably working in a hostel, fluent in Spanish, English and extra language is a must.

Duties include: Overseeing all aspects of in house hostel activity, reception duties, guests services and hospitality. Informing in a timely manner about supplies and housekeeping needs. We are looking for a customer focused and energetic person, always looking to interact with travellers and make them feel like at home.

Tasks:
• Tourism assistance and advising
• Reservations
• Property Management Systems handling
• Front desk operations: check in, check out…

All applicants should be outgoing, friendly and have good problem solving skills. We are looking for more than a receptionist. We are looking for someone who can develop new ideas concerning accommodation and guests experience.

Requisitos:

Skills and qualifications required :

• Studies in Tourism, Hospitality, Communication, Marketing or Foreign. You need to have finished your degree to apply for this job.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit, organization skills and enthusiasm.
• Training Agreement and minimum 1 year commitment

Languages
A good level of English (B2 at a minimum), English any other language would be appreciated
• Conversational level of Spanish C1
