Technical Support Agent With Native Level Of German (Weekends)

Our client is an international insurance company with offices at the beautiful port of Barcelona. They provide a complete insurance offering and travel assistance. The purpose is to assist every incident that may spoil the trip of the clients, whatever the duration, in the 200 countries where they operate.

As a technical support agent you would be part of the support department for motor trucks.
Your main responsibilities would include:
- Reception Calls / Broadcast calls from clients dealing with emergency situations and other issues that arise during their stay abroad
- Implementation of the hedges settled in each client company
- Allocation of professionals necessary for the conveyance of the vehicle to transport passengers
- Administrative -Tasks (fax, electronic mail, use templates to manage car rental, hotels, taxis or ticket reservations)
- Keep track and record all the information (reopening, service changes etc.)
- Attend the customers’ needs and provide excellent customer service
