Facial Recognition Sales Engineer

The FR Systems Commercial Engineer will be responsible for creating ( GTM ) go-to- market sales plans and driving business development & channel marketing strategies to maintain and build upon existing relationships with current systems integrators / customers. (across all sectors: FIs, Retailers, CITs, Transport, Gaming, telcos and other security specialists).
The FR Commercial Engineer will seek to build deeper and more profitable relationships. Responsible for managing the FR product portfolio across Europe & and other target world wide territories / markets; with a business development mindset and approach, experience and knowledge in this field will allow s/he to implement innovative sales activities to ensure maximum visibility and impact, both for current FR product range and future road map development range.
This position requires a self-starter who is creative, resourceful and able to act quickly. As such, we are looking for a strong, hands-on person who possesses the ability to deliver target results with the view to managing the FR operations outside Japan and growing a local European support team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use existing relationships to enter into new markets / distribution channels, and generate tangible financial results
• Support OEM & FR systems integrators and GGS OEM channel marketing activities
• Provide exceptional customer experience with new and existing accounts to grow business and create GLORY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS loyalty
• Drive growth in alignment with profit and GLORY brand strategy – Push / Pull OEM strategy.
• Collaborate, inform, and interact with the OEM technical, finance and sales teams.
• Own and be responsible for FR revenue goals, FR budgets and FR forecasting
• Compile information related to customer, competitors/players and prospect interactions.
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and present findings to OEM Management, proper compliance with OEM CRM tool.
• Work closely with GGS centr

Requisitos:
Educational Qualifications and Training
• A sales driven professional ideally able to speak at least one other European language.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably encompassing facial recognition

• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Robust understanding and application of sales process and sales strategy,
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and innovation to create excitement in FR potential and growth
• Look for ways to improve FR sales growth and exceed expectations

• Frequent travel as necessary to build business pipeline
