Adapt, and implement global HR initiatives to the local context, and align it to the global business strategy.
Coordinate and support talent acquisition processes.
Facilitate onboarding and people experience.
Coordinate, internal and external training aligned with regional and global strategy.
Manage international mobility within the region and other Designit offices to assist our business.
Ensure compliance to local laws: training and facilitating processes, tools and practices.
Take part in Workday implementation project and other HR related tasks.

Requisitos:

We would like you to be…

A junior/mid level HR professional with experience in a similar position, preferably in the creative industry. You also hold a relevant education within Human Resources or Psychology.
Used to working in an international organisation, being an HR contact point for employees and leaders.
Well organized, able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive to bring them to life.
Strong understanding of the local market, eployment laws and regulations.
Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
