At A Glance

Having a clean, complete and updated database is key to success. The information they will be working with is going to be used for senior level decision making and to reach customers so it's vital that it is correct.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry tasks include different actions of validation and entering hotel information in the database, such as:

-hotel addresses

-hotel GPS

-hotel names

Occasionally there will be a need to map hotels in our database with external providers that will be integrated.

The candidate will have internal tools (Sidra systems) that help in these tasks as well as access to any possible external source: Google, Booking, Tripadvisor, hotel websites, etc ...
In some cases cleaning cannot be done directly and it is necessary to communicate and coordinate the case with other departments.
