* Integrated Marketing Online Management

* Booking engine with the highest conversion rates in the market

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Direct Channel Specialists team, taking over the following duties:
* Provide guidance to hotels in order to maximize revenue through their official website
* Pro-actively source and gain the best available rates and offers in the market
* Enhance strong partner relationships providing high quality service
* Work closely with the Online Marketing department to adapt SEM strategies to each client
* Generate monthly performance reports and action plans in order to achieve profit goals
* Conduct regular reviews to ensure that our partner's goals and expectations are being met

Requisitos:
Marketing and e-commerce.
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in a revenue management role within the travel industry
* Knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing
* Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and proactive
* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize according to the business needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
* Essential to have a high level of Spanish and English, other languages are a plus
* Candidate must be enthusiastic, adaptable, flexible and able to working in a fast paced environment
