Key Responsibilities

* Contacting the assigned clients to recover & collect payments. Debts and Balance International clients.
* Monitoring collect commitment and achieved Collection & Reconciling claim Accounts.
* Collaboration processes and new projects.
* Incident resolution.
* Reconciliation of outstanding payments & Weekly report about status of claim balances

Requisitos:

Candidate Profile

* Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
* Languages required: High level of English & Spanish Desirable knowledge
* Other languages will be a plus.
* High performance in analytical and preciseness skills.
* High performance in communication and organizational skills (phone customer service is an advantage).
* High negotiation skills and good problem-solver.
* Office tools command, especially Excel.
* Knowledge of accounting. SAP will be a plus.
* Previous experience in management fees (not required).
