We are looking for a Payroll Advisor who will be responsible for managing and administering a range of generalist HR services to managers and employees across all aspects of the employee life cycle. The Payroll Advisor acts as first line HR partner providing guidance, advice and coaching support on HR practices, policies, processes, systems and programmes ensuring managers and employees are effectively informed, enabled and engaged. This includes working across diverse markets, brands and business functions.

Key Responsibilities
As a Payroll Advisor you will be responsible for issuing contracts and ensure all the documentation is correct when a new employee is recruited as well as creating the employee record on SAP HR. All new starters' salary calculations performed by SAP HR (identified by running a report from SAP HR) are manually recalculated by a Payroll & Servicer Representative as part of the monthly payroll process to ensure accuracy.
Accountability will include daily work with RED and Contrata (INEM) systems, sickness & absence control, end of contracts and Tax control per employee. You will be first contact regarding Labor relations and in charge of resolving issues with trading: INEM, INSS and government agencies and Destination managers/Heads of on employees' life cycle.
You will manage and control with HR & Finance the flexi remuneration scheme, and the Risk Prevention with the collaboration of our 3rd provider, including the medical checks, work accidents.

Requisitos:
Candidate Profile
* Graduate level degree in Labor Relations (preferable)
* SAP Experience in HR admin roles and good knowledge of MS Office SW
* Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with the ability to deliver operationally on the details
* Able to communicate and influence at all levels within an organization based on honesty, integrity and respect for cultural diversity
* Excellent service delivery skills and results orientated, quick-thinking and pro-active, with drive and energy to act in a fast-paced environment
* Solid generalist HR experience which should ideally including experience in an operational HR role
* Excellent English (written and verbal) and Spanish is essential. Additional languages are an asset
* Good data management, analysis and reporting skills - detailed orientated, able to extract and collate data, analyze information and present in a clear and succinct manner
