Technical Recruitment Specialist in Palma de Mallorca

An exciting opportunity exists for a Technical Recruitment Specialist to join the Hotelbeds Group Talent Centre of Expertise, located at the companies head office in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

A new global Talent CoE has been formed with a clear strategic purpose to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged workforce with the skills necessary to support the current and future business strategies of the organization. The CoE provides expert level support, consultation and steer to the business in all matters relating to talent and prides itself on aligning itself to latest thinking and approaches in talent acquisition and development.

Responsibilities focus on identifying and sourcing the appropriate talent needed to fulfill current open roles within the organization, while at the same time building a talent pipeline needed for business growth, succession planning and backfilling requirements. The remit of vacancies includes high volume positions, entry level positions and supervisory positions across assigned business units and functions.

This job sits within the EMEA team, which is responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates in within this region. Proficiency in Spanish is desirable (not mandatory)

Business Consultation and Partnering

* Conduct in-depth consultation with the business in order to fully align candidate sourcing activities with the role requirements (current and future)
* Provide regular progress reports to Senior Managers and HR Business Partners team on applicant response and candidate status
* Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR colleagues in all matters relating to talent acquisition and the hiring market

Candidate Attraction

* Source and attract key external talent at all levels of the organisation including senior leadership hires
* Develop a range of sourcing strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of specific business unit or sector functions
* Headhunt passive talent and continuously build talent pipelines in line with business growth areas
* Deliver a compelling EVP message to candidates and act as brand ambassador for the Hotelbeds Group

Deliver a Superior Candidate Experience

* Deliver a consistent, seamless end-to-end recruitment service in line with agreed SLA´s and standards
* Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview, assessment, feedback and offer negotiation
* Align competency based assessments with the HBG Leadership behaviours to ensure optimal cultural fit

Service Excellence

* Maintain strong subject matter expertise in order to provide advice on market knowledge, competitor analysis and best practice approaches
* Contribute to Talent CoE driven projects and initiatives, providing input and support as required
* Support the development of colleagues within the Talent CoE with assistance in upskilling / new staff induction training needs

Metrics and Measures

* Provide monthly MI reporting to Head of Talent CoE relating to pre-defined recruiting metrics and measures
* Manage and update the ATS to ensure accurate record of interview arrangements

Requisitos:

* Experience in full life-cycle talent acquisition including senior position hires is a plus.
* Track record of delivering results through direct search, direct sourcing and traditional attraction methods
* Recruitment through multiple channels - social media, careers site, networking and agreed preferred suppliers
* Knowledge and experience with a varied range of staffing and sourcing technologies and tools
* Proven ability to operate in a constantly changing environment and remain relevant to the business
* Experience in developing strategies for sourcing, engaging and building candidate pipelines for future roles is plus.
* Strong influencing skills and ability to build and manage key relationships with multiple and challenging stakeholders
* Self-motivated and ability to work well under pressure and with time constraints
* Strong teamwork ethics
