MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•Reconciliation of supplier statements
•Put in order all documentation and backups from ship’s calls.
•General administrative duties to support the finance team.
•Generate / send invoices to ship owners.
•Support to port operations

Requisitos:

CANDIDATE PROFILE
•Good academic background.
•Excellent knowledge of the English language and good communication skills both in English and Spanish.
•Experience in fast paced office environments.
•Experience in ship industry finance / invoicing departments would be a plus.
•Good office administration and organisational skills with a keen eye for attention to
detail.

•Good problem solving skills.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Accounting programmes.
