Hotelbeds is hiring a Trading Performance Analyst to join our trading department within the department of Commercial Strategy.
As a Trading Performance Analyst YOU will analyze and understand the key drivers impacting the our core business performance, extract insights from this analysis and communicate to Management the conclusions, to support more commercially driven and better informed decision making processes through greater visibility and understanding of trading.
Key responsibilities
As a Trading Performance Analyst, YOU will contribute to the trading analysis which is key to understand the performance of the business and identify key actions or decisions to assess risk and opportunities.
You will support the weekly data extraction and understanding of performance against last year at different levels (e.g. by region, source market), pro-actively identifying risks and opportunities to drive commercial success.
You will support the development of deeper analysis focused on specific underperforming regions or markets, using both trading and other data available (e.g. feedback from product/sales, competitiveness reports, demand data).
You will support the elaboration of ad-hoc reports following requests from other teams, both within and outside Commercial Strategy function.

Requisitos:
-Proactive attitude, able to take initiative to propose and lead individual pieces of work or solve problems with minimal supervision when needed
-Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
-Good level of English
