The job (location: Athens, Greece):
- to receive and place telephone calls
- maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

Requisitos:
- graduates of high school or equivalent - native or fluent spanish (c1/c2) + fluent english (b2)
- good general knowledge of pc (antivirus experience ideally)
- excellent communication skills - passionate about customer services and strong team spirit benefits
