Technical Account Manager Intern / Recent Graduates in a Technical Degree

We are looking for an Online Account Manager, under the supervision of the Account manager Team Leader, the account manager will be in charge of managing the relationship with the given portfolio of clients for a specific country and will be responsible for all the post sales activities. He/she will undertake negotiations with the clients and will identify new up/selling and renewals opportunities


Responsabilities
• Create and grow sustainable relationships with the clients.
• Advise clients on new campaigns and identify up/selling opportunities.
• Update the client with new creatives for optimization of the campaign
• Keep the CRM system d with relevant information
• Negotiate prices and payment models for the campaigns
• Support the Traffic Management team in the launch of the campaign.
• Monitor de development of ongoing campaigns
• Keep clients d with performance reports and monthly reports for invoicing
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Italian and English.
• Highly skilled in office productivity tools word excel, outlook and power point
• Proactively, autonomy, detecting and analyzing opportunities, team worker.
• Be able to work with initiative and autonomously
• Client orientation and experience dealing with clients and payouts
• Experience as an Online Account Manager and working with publishers in the online sector industry will be a plus.
