We have a mission: to bring Hotel Microstays to customers all over the world, introducing the fair price & flexibility to the Hotel Booking industry.

Why paying for the whole day when you only need a room for few hours?
BYHOURS is the first platform that allows you to book microstays in a nice Hotel in packs of 3, 6, or 12 hours with flexible checking, paying only for the time you use. We’ve been doing this for the last 5 years, acquiring on the way more than 2,000 hotels, and delighting more than 50,000 customers in countries all over the world.
We are a young team, passionate about what we do, quick learners and achievers. We like crazy ideas and thinking big, and we love the startup life, that’s why we are based in a start-up hub by the Barceloneta beach in Barcelona, surrounded of entrepreneurs, developers, digital marketers, skaters and surfers.
Are you willing to begin a career in Comms?
We are looking for a Community & Contents assistant that supports our PR & Comms manager to share the BYHOURS story on social networks, blog, and other platforms. This person will be responsible of updating our social properties, interacting with our prospects and customers, monitoring and identifying opportunities, updating the blog in English and executing the Marketing and Comms strategy across channels.
Responsibilities:
Community Manager
Look after our social networks according to the Comms strategy
Reply customers who reach out to us for support via social
Monitor and analyse growth in followers, engagement and conversions
Content Assistant (EN)
Update the BYHOURS BLOG in English
Support the marketing team by translating punctual content into English and producing english content for them
Chat Customer Support
Look after the Chat in English for customers who reach out for help

Skills:
Excellent communication skills across channels
Genuine “Customer first” and “problem solving” attitude! (you can’t fake being super nice!)
Learn quickly and be proactiv
