Human Resources Generalist Trainee in Barcelona

As a fast growing company and with a clear vision of where the future is leading us, we are now recruiting an HR Generalist Trainee.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection
You will support the full-cycle recruiting process, which includes:
- Recruitment and staffing;
- Creating job descriptions and job adverts;
- Posting vacancies in different recruitment portals and websites;
- CVs screening;
- Using 2.0 tools for direct sourcing;
- Conducting telephone and face to face interviews.

2. HR Management and Administration

Inside the HR department and reporting to the HR Manager, you will be in charge of providing administrative support.
- Employment contract;
- Provide comprehensive administration support to the HR Manager;
- Preparation of offer letters and documentation needed for on boarding and leaving employees.

3. HR Development

In collaboration with the HR Manager, you will have to detect training needs and development areas within the teams and build up action plans and trainings according to them

Offer:
• 6 month full time internship (35h per week) 9.30h - 18.00h
• Internship remunerated 600 euros net/ month
