Candidate Profile
We are looking for an energetic person eager to experience a real challenge within the HR team of a global Software Company.
Being part of the HR Business Partners team, you will be providing support in a wide range of tasks including recruitment, HR internal projects, employee relations and people care. To achieve this mission, you will be given a high degree of responsibility and autonomy in your tasks from day one, working under the continuous guidance of the rest of the team.
To successfully perform in this role, you must have over all hungriness to learn, promote and implement best practices and innovative ideas to be projected from the HR department. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, time management skills and passion for technology are also a must to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: End-to-end support to the recruiting activity.
- HR Internal Projects: Contribute in the different stages of internal HR projects to make them happen.
- Onboarding: Help to execute the onboarding program to welcome new employees.
- People care: Promote and support different activities focused in improving the employee satisfaction and wellness.

Requisitos:
Requirements
- Open minded, eager to work in different disciplines within the HR function.
- Strong people skills: Active listener and good communicator.
- Make it happen attitude: Problem-solving and action focused mindset.
- Good IT business understanding as well as passion for technology.
- Proficient user of Internet tools including Linkedin, Trello, or similar.
- English and Spanish at negotiation level. Other languages will be a plus.
