Logistics and Customer Service Internship in Barcelona– French Market

Degustabox is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics and Customer Service Trainee to join our team at the company headquarters in Barcelona. The role is to be filled as soon as possible but by latest in January.

Responsibilities:
The position of Logistics and Customer Service Internship – French market entails the following responsibilities:

Managing customers’ requests over email, phone and social media
Collaborating with the design department and with different suppliers
Coordinating receiving, packing and shipping processes with the warehouse
Cost tracking and invoice checking
Logistics analysis of our boxes
Logistics - related reporting
