Based in Barcelona, you’ll join our team of researchers, business designers and designers within service, product, brand, digital, interaction and user experience design. You’ll work in an international and playful environment with big, innovative brands alongside some of Europe’s most creative brains. Would you like to…?
Be responsible for ensuring that our office runs like a charm - keeping it tidy and presentable and lending a helping hand where needed.
Be the first point of contact on both the phone and in the office and assist all our clients with a smile.
Be responsible for all company bookings, like meetings, travels, conferences etc.
Manage the daily facility and work environment.
Handle expenses, suppliers and develop existing and new agreements.
Implement our internal and external communications strategy.
Write and edit texts for our communications channels.
Collaborate to produce case studies and participate in the sales process.
Help in the development of our marketing tools online and in print.
Help with the organisation of events, workshops, etc.
