Description:
Air Products Services seeks a dynamic, self-starter to assist our payroll department in Barcelona, Spain. This internship is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of payroll while working for well-known organization.
So what will you learn during your internship?
This opportunity will include support of processing salary information, payroll-related expenses and timesheets, input of pay/personnel changes and answering any payroll related query. You will be involved in preparing labor contracts, social security related tasks and will provide support to the HR function. You will therefore have education in Payroll or human resources management (Relaciones laborales or Dirección en gestion de RRHH).
Position responsibilities:
Remit payments to tax and social insurance authorities and benefits providers; complete and submit any required regulatory forms
Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll and benefits records
Respond to inquiries
Actively participate in payroll related work process improvement initiatives
Document all outside the system work practices and operating guidelines for assigned payrolls
Provide effective service to our employees

Fluent Spanish and a high level of English (both written and spoken)
