Our client, a premium Real Estate firm are looking for a polished and driven Bilingual Office Assistant (internship) to assist their team in their luxury offices in the heart of Barrio Salamanca.
Responsibilities (among others) include:
Telephone reception & call filtering with high profile international clients
Greeting visitors & managing the reception (front of house tasks, performed in English)
Organising office materials
Ad hoc tasks and general administrative support for the busy team
Location – Madrid, Barrio Salamanca
Timetable: Full time
Contract: Paid Internship, 6-12 months

Requisitos:
Candidates must be bilingual in English/Spanish, be studying a credible degree and comfortable working in a front of house role.
The ideal candidate will be confident on the telephone (in both English and Spanish). They will be exceptionally polite, very well presented, organised and comfortable dealing with high profile clients. This position is ideal for a driven student/graduate looking for an exciting internship/placement opportunity.
