The HR Trainee contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives. (S)he will help in providing an employee-oriented, high performance culture. It is key to work towards empowerment, quality, productivity, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce within the Organization. The Trainee will have a generalist profile with partial responsibility in:

• Compensation and benefits administration and reporting
• Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
• HR Projects
• Recruiting and staffing logistics
• Performance management and improvement tracking systems
• Training logistics and recordkeeping
• Company internal communication
