The role
You take part of the HR team and you´ll be focused on recruitment tasks. This role includes the following responsibilities:
•Level of English C1
•Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
•Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job sites and social networks.
•Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media…
•Screen candidates resumes and job applications
•Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
•Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
•Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
•Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
•Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Requisitos:

Minimun requirements
You must be enrolled in a course or university specialized in HR area and you want develop and know about IT and video technologies recruitment. We are looking for someone who loves to treat with people and has social and personal skills to speak with job candidates and make interviews for the company.
