The Port Agent intern’s main role will be to support the team with any admin, accounting, and operational tasks, allowing to ensure the smooth handling of each cruise call in each port.
Key Responsibilities
-Updating our database of all operational services rendered, as instructed by the line manager
-Admin support to the operations team (organizing and archiving)
-Accounting support (approving and issuing invoices)
-Operational support (communicate with service providers, handling of orders). Assist the team on site

Requisitos:
Candidate profile
-Fluent written and spoken English
-Bachelor or Master’s degree student in logistics, transportation, tourism
-Organizational skills, ability to perform both independently and in a team. High level of precision and attention to details
-High motivation for logistics
-Good listening skills, not afraid of interacting with others in order to find adequate solutions
-A previous experience in an international environment is a plus
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel
-Driving License
