Convenio de Prácticas Palma de Mallorca, (Islas Baleares) Descripción:
n opportunity for a student at an early stage in their career to support the Communications team at Hotelbeds Group, a global bed bank and business-to-business provider of services to the travel industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
The successful candidate will support all aspects of communications across the organisation, including media, corporate affairs eventually taking responsibility for a range of activities. Hands-on training, monitoring and feedback from the Communications team will be provided throughout the placement and an evaluation review conducted at completion.
• To support the team in all aspects of media work, including but not limited to:
• Support the team in production and distribution of clipping (Hotelbeds Group brands, key competitors and key industry issues).
• Maintaining the global communications calendar and its distribution
• Updating the relevant press materials
• Assisting in management of websites and social media
• Researching coverage opportunities

Requisitos:
Studies area:
• Student or Degree in Journalism/PR
Language skills:
• High level of English is essential
Soft / Personal skills:
• Excellent communications skills, both written and oral (English and Spanish)
• Excellent research and fact-checking skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms, community management and measurement tools
• Previous experience in writing and/ or proof-reading will be desirable
• A flair for design
• An understanding of the national/international press and key travel trade publications
• A good knowledge of the tourism industry
Other valuable experience/skills:
• Excellent IT skills, including the use of word processing, Excel and e-mail applications.
