It Process Monitoring & Control Internship in Palma de Mallorca

IT Operations is the main area within Hotelbeds Group´s IT department to ensure the services are available to our customers and operational areas. The process and control analyst will provide the overall picture of service to the Head of IT Operations and the Chief Technology Officer. They will also support the delivery and management of projects. This role will involve a great deal of communications, team work, data management and process validation work. The post holder will gain experience in how IT operations are managed and experience working within an ITIL framework. There will also be the opportunity to gain an overview of the HBG IT platforms and technologies used.

Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with departments to maintain Service Reports and project plans
Contributing to ensuring the smooth delivery of department communications and projects.
Suggesting ways of rectifying problems that arise
Working with IT Operations technical areas to improve service reporting and accuracy of service reporting.
Maintain strong working relationships across IT Operations and wider IT department
Reporting risks and problems to Leader of ITO Process and Controls
