JOB DESCRIPTION:
The main role is to offer administrative support to the whole sales teams that are based across EMEA.
Main tasks:
-Main responsibility is setting up new clients in our system from each market in BOL Europe and sending out access codes.
-Updating accounts such as fiscal name, telephones number, emails. Distribute information mainly on internal procedures to the different sales teams.
-Order merchandising for the sales teams.
-Creating and updating pricing groups and commercial groups in Atlas in order to assign the correct pricing to each agency following regional Managers guidelines
-support the reporting and analysis across the EMEA region
-managing Salesforce database, KAMs updates
-searching for new business opportunities
-participating with team in searching for the best client setup in order to optimize sales

Requisitos:
Candidate profile:
Studies area:
-Currently enrolled in university or recently graduated in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Tourism or related studies. As long as have an interest in the tourism, sector.
-Language skills: English - intermediate and understanding of Basic Spanish would be useful
-Soft / Personal skills:
-Ability to multi-task and keep duties organized within a fast-paced business environment
-Highly positive, proactive and pro-learning attitude. Fast learner, ability to absorb and acquire large amount of information on company-s processes.
-Ability to work independently but also a good team player with effective communication skills
-Ability to consolidate information from a variety of different sources
-Should have knowledge of the main formulas on Excel
