Strategy Intern (Merger & Acquisition) Based in Palma de Mallorca

In this role you will contribute to the development and execution of ambitious inorganic growth plans, supporting the Strategic Planning Process and related business development initiatives, working closely with HBG top management

Supporting your team in his main tasks:

Supporting the inorganic growth process across Business Units in close collaboration with the business teams.
Supporting the search of potential acquisition opportunities, undertake desktop research and preparation of key presentations & materials.
Supporting the preparation of documentation for M&A processes, business cases and liaison with project leaders.
Supporting the preparation of financial modelling and valuation analysis to aid business decision and propose alternatives.
Building close working relationships with others Business Unit members in the development and monitoring of projects.
Tracking post acquisition plan performance.
