Created 5 years ago, Dayuse.com is the global leader in daytime hotel room reservations. Dayuse.com is currently present in 15 countries. In 2016, we'll be doubling our team from 30 to 60 people. The plan for next year is no less ambitious than to open over 10 new markets and a 4th office.
Dayuse.com offers discounted rates to book hotel rooms for a few hours during the day. With a dedicated customer service, state of the art web and mobile platform, Dayuse.com is disrupting the hospitality industry by making daystays more comfortable; money-saving and efficient. Guests can rest during a long transit, relax or work. It gives the opportunity to hoteliers to increase their occupancy rate as well as their income by selling their rooms twice a day.
Job description
You will be in charge of the development of the Spanish and Argentinian market, and will report to the Country Manager. Your mission will be to develop Dayuse.com partnerships.
You will seek hotel partners to help us improve our service in all large cities, airports and
business areas of the most important cities of Spain and Argentina. You will be based in
Paris where you will join a skilled and motivated team, whose goal is to support Dayuse's
growth in Spain, Argentina and globally. As such, the role requires a sharp, analytical mind
and a very entrepreneurial spirit.
Key responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify and seek out all appropriate opportunities on the market
• Sourcing new partners to explore those opportunities
• Contract negotiations with our future partners
• Build strong relationships with our current and future partners
• Manage day to day operations of your hotels portfolio
• Sharing weekly reporting across countries and teams
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis

Requisitos:
Requirements
• Master degree and business, marketing, communication or hospitality background
• Native Spanish
• Good level of English
• Experience in partnerships, accounts or key accounts management
• International – You have the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Understand the dynamics of the digital travel industry, particularly hotels
• Excellent communication, negotiation and diplomatic skills. You can influence the right
people at the right level
• Excel, PowerPoint, and any other technology to help you manage opportunities
• Analytical skills. You can operate in a data driven commercial environment
• Reliable and results driven
• Creative, proactive, taking initiative
• Good understanding of French is an asset (Dutch, German or Arabic is a plus)
