Admin Assistant Internship (Barcelona)

Mission: To manage the day to day activities of the office (reception, visitors, kitchen, cleaning, security, etc.) supporting the smooth running and availability of the office to the employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Front Office Activities : Visitors, clients and associates have positive impression and the offices operate efficiently (Receptionist and switchboard operator; Managing incoming and outgoing posts; Assistance in meeting room booking; Daily reloads kitchen with supplies and monitor consumption)
Back Office Activities: Office processes are documented and tracked and controlled, issues addressed in a timely manner (Prepares supplies orders; Assist in client visits or events at the office.
Reports to: Admin Team Leader based in Valladolid

Requisitos:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business management and Administration or Economics or studying last year
Fluent in English (Knowledge of Catalan or any other language would be very much welcome.)
