Intern – Client Account Team

Overview of role
The purpose of this Internship is to support and assist all members of the Client Account Management team. This Internship should give the Intern an introduction to the kind of role and responsibilities of an Account Executive in an international marketing services agency.

Main responsibilities
• To assist the Account Manager AM with the general admin and tracking of all projects, such as:
o Liaison with suppliers for delivery of master files and proofs
o Following up with clients or creative agencies to retrieve assets required in the smooth running of projects
o Assisting the AM to raise supplier POs and client quotations
o Assisting AM in tracking the progress of projects and collecting project data
o Setting up job numbers and folders once project is confirmed by the project manager

• To assist Account Executives with the localisation of marketing collateral liaising with translators and the clients local country managers to track and chase for feedback and approvals of translations

• Collecting input from AM and briefing the team internal, responsible for uploading assets and Meta data to the online campaign management tool. Monitoring the progress of the work and checking that it has been completed correctly

• Downloading master files from FTP sites, tracking progress and making the AM aware that they are ready for use

• Assisting the Account Director with Ad Hoc projects, as and when they arise, examples: research on the internet analysing financial and project data assisting in producing internal management and client reporting such as project and monthly status reports and client reviews etc


Training
Our client will provide induction training, the same training provided to all new employees where relevant and time permitting through other internal training sessions provided to Account utives. Further training and support will come from all your colleagues in the team they are very keen to provide as much support as necessary to help you complete your tasks successfully
