Inside Sales Trainee

We are looking for a recent graduate in a technical degree such as telecommunications engineering, computer engineering, math, physics, etc. that is willing to develop his/her career towards a client facing position.
The Technical Account Manager TAM intern works in the sales department and reports to the Technical Account Manager. Together, they are the representatives/advisors who serve as a key point of contact and as a liaison between the customer and the various departments within Flumotion. They understand the customer’s business needs and technical challenges to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage building longterm relationships, and identify, followup and close further sales opportunities with those clients.

• Support the department in followingup on Flumotion’s clients.
• Support the department in the identification of needs and issues that Flumotion’s clients may be experiencing.
• Support the department in the supervision and followup of new projects for existing clients.
• Support the department in the management of the integration of services for new clients.
• Reporting task for the Sales department.
• Maintenance of the corporate CRM SalesForce.
• Participate in the organization recording webinars and other technical videos and online sessions.
