Overview of the full accounting cycle. Great opportunity to learn and develop your career.
* Booking AP/AR invoices – coordination with suppliers and other third parties
* Prepare payments to suppliers
* Perform administrative duties / responsible of the archive / multitasking
* Bank accounts reconciliation and sales reconciliation with payment provider. Booking Cash movements and maintaining cash forecast
* AP/AR/Cash to GL reconciliation
* Preparing and submitting VAT filings, CIT and other taxes (Intrastat, Intracomm VAT)
* Support in daily activities preparation and review of monthly closings / Accrual preparation and control
* Travel expenses control

Requisitos:
* BA in Economics / Administración y Dirección de Empresas
* High excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, sum.if, etc) Able to manage large volume of data
* High level of English / Spanish
* Committed, accountable, team player, highly motivated to learn on a day to day basis and contribute to the growth of the company.
* Organized and responsible. Role with high attention to detail, meticulous while maintaining and analyzing the big picture.
* Comfortable in dynamic, high growth environments and starting things from scratch
* Proactive and used to work autonomously, improve things and design processes, effective problem solver and results oriented.
