Internship in Client Account Team

Main responsibilities

To assist the Account Manager with the general admin and tracking of all projects, such as:
Liaison with suppliers for delivery of master files and proofs
Following up with clients or creative agencies to retrieve assets required in the smooth running of projects
Assisting the Account Manager to raise supplier POs and client quotations
Assisting Account Manager in tracking the progress of projects and collecting project data
Setting up job numbers and folders once project is confirmed by the project manager


The purpose of this Internship is to support and assist all members of the Client Account Management team. This Internship should give the Intern an introduction to the kind of role and responsibilities of an Account Executive in an international marketing services agency.
