Business Development Internship (Map Advertising)

We promote exceptional walking tours that exceed and redefine the industry standard, changing the way city tours and information resources are organised, and we are proudly setting a higher quality expectation in the market.

We are currently seeking a Business Development Intern (Map Advertising) for our Barcelona office. The purpose of the role is to support the Marketing & Business Development Department with strengthening the network of current and future partners and helping with account management for the current partners.

Tasks would include but would not be limited to:

*Monthly reports: Create monthly reports to existing mad advertising clients detailing distribution, pictures of maps in receptions and interesting insights of the partnership. (Currently 37 clients in 12 cities, increasing at least 2 clients per month).

*Account management: Support in account management of map advertising new clients with tasks like: create pro-forma invoice, contract, approval form. (Around 2 hours per client)

*New clients: Input of potential clients into the sales funnel. (15 clients per week)

*New distribution points: Acquire new distribution points for maps (restaurants, bars, locker stations)

*Content creation for clients: social media posts, pictures, promotion, blog content. Help with increasing followers and strengthen local social media presence.

*Increase loyalty with current customers: Help with creating monthly newsletter - inbound marketing for current and potential map ad clients, helping improve our position in the market, including NPS surveys and collecting feedback from clients.

*Monthly guest data reports to share with operations and BD for strategic decisions.
