Requisitos:

Qualifications

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Have a clear, personable, kind, and informative communication style in email, on chat, on the phone, and in-person.
Fluent in English and Spanish and feel comfortable switching between them (C1 certificate).

Basic Requirements

Provide Support through three main channels: chat, email, and phone. You’ll remain available to our customers and move between all three channels throughout the day (and any other available channels as needed), based on customer and business needs.
Provide support in our newest platform by approving content and helping brands and influencers during this process.
Adapt and tailor your communication style to work effectively with people in various roles and backgrounds from all the global companies Heepsy supports — including marketers, salespeople, service professionals.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Develop and communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward.
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
Actively and productively team up with other teams, such as account managers and salespeople, to drive better results for our customers, including identifying opportunities.
Document and report software issues with the product for engineering teams at Heepsy.
Manage complaints and refunds.
Actively participate in strategies to rescue old clients and prevent churn.
Help with other tasks related to digital marketing, such as email marketing, PR and social media.

Preferred Requirements
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (Intercom, Pipedrive).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
Current full driving license.
