The Official Chamber of Commerce of Spain in Belgium and Luxembourg is a non-profit association, founded in Brussels on April the 9th, in 1938, according to the Belgian private law (ASBL –VZW). The Chamber plays an important role in trade and economic relations among Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg. Its main objective is the development of trade and investments between Spain and the states within its territorial jurisdiction. The Chamber offers to Spanish, Belgian and Luxembourger enterprises a wide range of trade promotion services, information, advice and logistical and administrative support. It provides essential information over the different markets in Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg as well as professional contacts in its area business community. The Chamber is publicly recognized as one of the most prestigious dialogue tribunes between companies and European Institutions. The Chamber is part of the Federation of Spanish Chambers of Commerce in Europe-Africa-Asia-Oceania (FEDECOM), which provides its members the ability to leverage the official chambers network around the world. The Chamber is supported by the Ministry of industry, trade and tourism of the Spanish Government and collaborates in the Internationalization of Spanish economy Plan.
Funciones principales:
- Support Spanish companies willing to export to Belgium and Luxembourg;
- Planning of initial actions for the access to the markets and the search of potential relationship with the mentioned markets;
- Answering commercial enquiries;
- Assistance and attendance to commercial shows;
- Assistance to the staff of the Chamber;
- Answering e-mails in English, French and Spanish;
- Organization of events;
- Phone calls reception and translation tasks.
Dotación económica: 2.300€ para tres meses.

Requisitos:
Estudios mínimos: Business, International Affairs, Communication or Translation studies
Idiomas a valorar: Excellent or very good working knowledge of at least one of the following languages: English or French:
- A reliable, quick learner with ability to work independently once superiors have explained tasks, but also capable of adapting in case of change of activities and task priorities of the organization.
- Be familiar with the use of computer packages such as Microsoft Office (Word, Office, Power Point, Outlook) and the internet.
Otros requisitos:
- Ser beneficiario del Sistema Nacional de Garantía Juvenil de España. Tener entre 18 y 29 años.

El candidato seleccionado participará en el Plan de Movilidad de las Cámaras de Comercio.
