Qonsius is a new venture builder based in Madrid that strives to create a positive social, environmental and financial impact through the development of a new theory and practice of entrepreneurship. We develop startups for the people who have great ideas but no time/resources in order to do them! We outsource the whole entrepreneurship process for them and fill the gaps we find in the market.

The role aims towards achieving the higher potential of a new type of organization that understands the entrepreneurial system better by making use of all the help available in the World so that we can help individuals attaining richer lives while building at the same time new and richer ventures for Society and the Planet.
Provided a concrete Venture, the role shall be responsible for the following activities:

Challenge1: Support Management in setting objectives

Control objectives
Support with planning
Monitor time
Monitor costs

Challenge 2: Support colleagues to fulfill deliverables

Steer planning
Help review progress

Challenge 3: Analyze where management system works/fails

Analyse and report failures
Propose improvement alternatives
