The data scientist will analyze internet advertising data, develop models and algorithms to optimize for price, performance and delivery. Using best Big Data solutions for problems as guiding principle, work on data mining, data visualization, rules and supervised /unsupervised machine learning. Data comes from several different sources – Display, Video, Mobile, Social… so the challenge is to make sense of data, develop data intelligence for action in real time.

Responsibilities:
• Design, create and maintain data pipelines using state-of-the-art big data technologies.
• Develop and maintain insightful dashboards both for internal and external use.
• Implement optimal bidding strategies and evaluate their impact on business performance.
• Perform data mining and machine learning tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, recommendations and optimization all of them business - oriented.

Requisitos:

Desired Skills & Experience:
• Medium/Advanced knowledge in SQL.
• Medium/Advanced knowledge in data analysis platforms such as R or Python.
• Skills in machine learning algorithms, statistics and computer science.
• Experience with Spark, Hadoop and/or Map/Reduce programming is a strong plus.
• Experience with cloud computing platform such Amazon Web Services is a strong plus.
