This is a 9-month internship aimed at Post-graduate students with good Spanish and English skills. Your mission will be to collaborate with credit collections department for our customers in Iberia.
We will provide you with an amazing experience in the medical device industry; give you an opportunity to work with data, customers and other departments at Align Technology. This experience will help you to boost your CV and make you stand out as a candidate in your future jobs hunting, including future opportunities within Align Technology.

Among other things, this is what you will do:

Be part of the Collections Department, you will be working on the outstanding invoices to our company and to ensure timely payments by our customers.
You will work on solutions in close cooperation with Sales and Customer Service to ensure a great customer experience. You will work on a dedicated list of Dental clients making sure that your portfolio is always up to date and in line with the companies KPI’s.
You will control outstanding and overdue receivables in order to minimize the risk of non-receivable accounts.
