Responsibilities:
Train our clients on how to use the tool and make it cost-effective.
Provide instant solutions to our client's needs.
Follow up with the client once he is using the tool.
If dealing with a potential customer, have the ability to turn him into a new client.
Generate more revenue from the existing accounts by upselling.

Requisitos:
What are we looking for:
We are looking for a very open-minded, organised, focused and good communicator to join our Customer Success team, one of the fastest growing departments at Le Guide Noir. The ultimate aim is to help our clients using our social media performance tool in the right way, advising them on how to get the most out of their social networks.
The team needs someone with the ability to understand our clients, prompt to find solutions in a very quick and efficient way.
Education and knowledge:
Bachelor's Degree.
Journalism, Marketing and Public Relations will be a plus.
Previous experience in customer relationships will be considered.
Languages:
Italian: native or bilingual.
English: native or bilingual.
Spanish: advanced level will be highly considered.
