Finance Processes Trainee -

This exciting role provides a unique opportunity to join a challenging and dynamic team within a market leading company at the forefront of the travel industry.
Based in Palma, the successful candidate will be able to participate and contribute in the delivery of business critical projects and the evolution of the standard finance processes.
We are seeking to recruit a Finance Processes trainee with solid understanding of the accounting practices and who has passion with continuous improvement of processes and systems.
The candidate will have cross functional and geographical exposure and this will be crucial for the development of his/her leadership and interpersonal skills, planning, organizational and team player capabilities.
Business language will be English, however Spanish is a strong asset too.
Key Responsibilities
1 Participate in the full life cycle of continuous improvement initiatives
* Problem Identification
* Business Requirements definition
* Testing & End User Training
* Go Live & Conversion into Business as Usual
1 Execute the Finance Training Program and materials for the finance community
2 Participate and collaborate in the life cycle of business strategic project.
* Drive the definition of specific processes under the supervision of the project manager
* Contribute in the analysis of trends and route cause analysis
* Process mapping and documentation
* User Acceptance tests execution
* Finance processes maintenance
* Documentation maintenance and update
* Support in the Project Portfolio reporting
Candidate Profile
Studies area:
* Economics, Business Administration
* Excellent Microsoft Office capabilities
Language skills:
* English
* Spanish
Soft / Personal skills:
* Strong analytical, planning and organization skills
* Methodological and rigorous in documentation.
* Highly organized, driven and results oriented.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Team player spirit
