Intern Credit & Collection Specialist

We are looking for a smart and ambitious person to join our internship at our Collection department.

This is a 9-month internship (full time) aimed at Post-graduate students with good Spanish and English skills. Your mission will be to collaborate with credit collections department for our customers in Iberia.

In this role, you will… 
Work on the outstanding invoices to our company and to ensure timely payments by our customers.
Work on solutions in close cooperation with Sales and Customer Service to help them with credit requests and ensure a great customer experience. 
Work on a dedicated list of Dental clients making sure that your portfolio is always up to date and in line with the companies KPI’s.
Control outstanding and overdue receivables in order to minimize the risk of non-receivable accounts.
Be responsible for refunds and accounting corrections.
Manage and distribute tickets to the responsible collector.
Being part of a project to reduce unapplied cash and unapplied payments.
Work on Database maintenance.
Support Financial Accountant in application/processing customers.
