We have more than 1000 franchises across South America and Spain, recently launching our services in South East Asia. We are a passionate and dynamic team of more than 200 committed professionals, looking for the best way give our customers more free time, and of course: to offer the best online laundry service in the world!

Requisitos:
What will you do at Mr Jeff?
Support teammates and managers on company policies, practices, and regulations.
Audit employee files and maintain accurate record keeping.
Responsible for New Hire Orientation.
Ensure compliance and maintain Human Resource Information
Implement and manage large scale initiatives (i.e., annual performance review process, employee engagement survey, Benefits, new programs, etc.).
Support & help with recruitment, communication & culture.
Additional tasks and projects assigned by the HR team.
Minimum requirements
Good english level (at least b1-b2)
Student who's just finished an Administration Business, Psychology, human resources or similar.
Previous experience will be a plus
