WaiWai Homes is a startup that brings up to date solutions to major pain points in the property search experience for consumers and real estate sector professionals. With a mission to change the orientation of process from product to customer, WaiWai Homes offers a very visual, stress-free way to find the dream property in few enjoyable steps. 


In-house developed algorithm brings property search experience to standards of today, equipped with features like recommendations and tailor made customer support options for expats and to newcomers metropolitan cities. 


Based in Barcelona, a fantastic city and one of startup capitals of Europe, WaiWai Homes team is located in various cities, speaking different languages. The start-up is backed up by Lanzadera, one of the top accelerator programs in Spain and we aim to extend the organisation with top talents.

Our main target is focused on premium & luxury properties above 400.000€ for sale and above 1.500€ for rent. Thus, we are looking for people that love Real Estate and feel confortable dealing with partners and customers both nationals and internationals.

As a Portfolio Management Intern, you will participate in:
- Dealing with our partners (Real Estate agencies) portfolio
- Creation of Performance Reports
- Contact with customers and partners.
