Recruitment Consultant Internship

Melt Consulting is a young international recruitment company based in Valencia with projects and clients in Spain and worldwide.
Were looking for a Recruitment Consultant in our office that will collaborate in these international projects.

Recruitment Consultants work with companies and candidates in order to align their expectations, either helping a company in the hiring process or assisting a potential candidate in the next step of his/her career.

Responsibilities:
/ Find the ideal candidates through our database, job boards, professional contacts, references, social networks, headhunting, etc.
/ Provide professional help to the candidates: elaboration of CVs, preparation of interviews, career decisions.
/ Interview candidates in order to know their current professional situation and needs and offer them a job position that best fits their profile.
/ Administer the entire recruitment process, with due supervision.
/ Maximize sales performance of our brand on a national and international basis, increasing the number of clients, offering our recruitment and workforce management services in Africa.
/ Maintain constant knowledge of the market through our professional contacts, research and networking.
/ Prepare evaluation reports for candidates and present it to clients.

/ Opportunity of working in an international enviroment, with everyday use of English and French.
